A US-based technology company specializing in real estate sought precise POI data to enhance decision-making for clients across retail, hospitality, and convenience store sectors. By expanding their offerings with enriched datasets, they aimed to optimize location planning, site selection, and market analysis. Strategic data acquisition approach

The client initially requested samples for five leading retailers, convenience stores, and hotels across the US. After delivering accurate samples tailored to their requirements, the client approved the data and tasked us with acquiring datasets for top POI brands. Our in-house repository, containing millions of datasets, enabled us to deliver the required data directly from our off-the-shelf inventory, exceeding the client’s quality expectations within a few weeks.

Utilized automation tools for unique brands

When the next set of requirements came, many new retail brands were in remote areas. Since most well-known brands were already in our repository, we used advanced geocoding and data-matching tools to identify and extract POI data for remote and unique brands. This process was efficient, as we had already covered most of the locations, and adding these new brands was a seamless extension of our existing repository.

To meet the client’s long-term needs, we continued to enhance our data collection process by integrating new data sources and optimizing delivery schedules. We delivered each batch of brands on time and met the client’s growing demand for high-quality data across diverse retail chains.
