The Business Need

A US-based recruitment consultancy firm sought a solution to automate its recruitment process to source high-quality candidates for multiple job openings efficiently. The firm required a platform to tackle the overwhelming manual effort of sourcing the candidates, filtering the right candidates, and scheduling the interviews. The sheer volume of emails and scenarios involved in each step was slowing down the hiring process. The firm needed a reliable method to reduce human errors in resume analysis, improve the accuracy of candidate assessments, and timely communication with the candidates to provide a positive recruitment experience.

With the help of XDAS bot studio, we developed an NLP-based email classifier bot to analyze the emails. The system flagged critical emails by identifying keywords, sender priorities, and context. Profile search and screening

Our Prompt Studio streamlined the resume screening process by quickly identifying top talent based on various criteria with simple prompts. Recruiters could generate customized prompts to filter profiles of specific skills and qualifications directly from the uploaded resumes.
